For those who are not familiar with Portuguese Water Dogs, the American Kennel Club's
website has this to say about this dog.
"The Portuguese Water Dog is a lively, fun-loving dog who is gaining popularity because of his nonshedding
coat. The dog is adaptable to any living situation - city or country - as long as he gets enough exercise. He

Known for centuries along Portugal's coast, this seafaring breed was prized by fishermen for a spirited,
yet obedient nature, and a robust, medium build that allowed for a full day's work in and out of the water. The Portuguese
Water Dog is a swimmer and diver of exceptional ability and stamina, who aided his master at sea by retrieving broken nets,

This highly intelligent utilitarian breed is distinguished by two coat types, either curly or wavy; an impressive head of

These characteristics (particularly its nonshedding coat)
are what made it easy for us to choose the Portuguese Water Dog among the other dogs. We got our Portuguese Water Dog,
"Ali", as a puppy in 1998 and we never regretted our choice.
Our "Ali" just gave birth to a litter of 8 puppies -
4 males and 4 females - early in the morning of Thursday, August 26, 2004. In this website, we will showcase not only
"Ali" and the stud dog we chose for breeding her but also their adorable puppies.
We hope you will find the information you need in this site.
We look forward to hearing from you.
